It was wonderful to receive a copy of the new Arabic edition of Integrated Pest Management in Cultural Heritage by David Pinniger in the post this month, with my insect illustrations featured on the front cover design.
David is an entomologist who provides specialist consultancy and training on pests in museums, archives and historic houses. He has published over 50 papers and is the author of many books, some of which I have had the pleasure of illustrating for him.
His hugely popular Integrated Pest Management book has been translated into several languages but it was truly fascinating to see this version with my scientific illustrations alongside the beautiful text.
Many thanks to Archetype Publishing for my copy, it is certainly one I will treasure on my bookshelf.
